# Organization Settings

Configure the settings across your Ardoq organization.

## Overview

Ardoq has a number of global settings and preferences to help customize the tool to your preferences

## Features

As an administrator, you have control over the features that appear to your users across different parts of Ardoq. 

You can find organization settings by clicking your organization name in the top-left corner, going to **Admin** > **Organization settings** and selecting the **Features** tab.

### Beta Features

Organization features also include **beta** features, which you can enable to have access to early features being developed by Ardoq before their general availability.

### AI Features

By default, all AI features in Ardoq are disabled. For AI features to work in Ardoq, your organization needs to accept third-party processor agreements for LLM providers. Contact your Customer Success Manager for more details.

You can enable or disable AI features based on the workflows you want your users to have in Ardoq. 

## Home Settings

Home settings allow you to configure how the homepage appears for users of Ardoq. The homepage is the central dashboard for your Ardoq data and presents a high-level summary of key metrics — which are all configurable from these settings.

## Search Settings

The search settings let you configure a set of filters for your organization so you have quick access to your most relevant component types.

The search is easily accessible with either CTRL + K on Windows or  <i class="fa-command">:command:</i> + K on Mac.&#x20;

## Discover Settings

Your Ardoq Discover portal content can be customized with links and assets relevant to your organization. Linking to pre-made assets like application overviews, risk dashboards, and surveys can simplify onboarding for non-enterprise architect users of Ardoq.

## Branding Settings

Ardoq Discover can be customized with your organization's branding — including logo and background imagery — to create a more cohesive experience for business users coming into Ardoq.

AI settings let you configure the prompts suggested to the user in Ardoq's AI Assistant — you can think of it as a way to highlight common questions for business users.

## Organization Documents

The organization documents repository is the global archive for files and images uploaded into Ardoq, and can be managed here.&#x20;
